Own RevOps data models and BI infrastructure to drive GTM strategy. Clean and analyze datasets, build predictive models, define and track leading/lagging KPIs, deploy dashboards, document data definitions, and deliver executive-ready insights while partnering cross-functionally with Finance and GTM teams.

Serve as a strategic technical partner to enterprise customers, driving deployment, adoption, and optimization of Claroty's platform. Provide architecture guidance, proactively identify risks, support escalations, translate customer feedback to product teams, create technical playbooks, and lead executive technical conversations. Travel up to 30% and work onsite in Rio de Janeiro.

The Deal Desk Manager will oversee deal management, supporting proposal creation, financial modeling, and ensuring compliance with revenue recognition. Responsibilities include guiding Sales and Finance teams, analyzing deal structures, and training on best practices.

Provide technical support to enterprise customers for Claroty CPS protection platform—troubleshoot complex networking and Linux issues across SaaS and on‑prem environments, reproduce and resolve high‑impact cases, collaborate with R&D/Product/Customer Success, escalate when needed, and maintain proactive customer relationships and reporting.

Create and publish marketing collateral (blogs, briefs, case studies, web copy, video scripts); analyze product usage, market trends, and content performance; build sales enablement and pitch materials; research and integrate AI/LLM workflows to improve content, research, and reporting; support persona analysis to align content with buyer needs and sales priorities.

Lead a global Order Management team owning post-signature booking, contract lifecycle, ASC 606 compliance, Quote-to-Cash execution, Salesforce/CPQ optimization, ARR tracking, SOX-ready documentation, and cross-functional process automation.
