Develop and maintain backend and frontend services for a SaaS cyber-physical systems platform using Python, Go, React, and cloud-native technologies. Investigate production incidents, replicate customer issues in staging, perform root cause analysis, and deliver feature enhancements. Ensure compliance with FedRAMP, CMMC, and GovCloud requirements while collaborating with distributed engineering teams across the US and Israel.

Provide strategic legal counsel across commercial SaaS transactions, partnerships, federal contracting, M&A, corporate governance, privacy, IP, and regulatory compliance. Negotiate complex global agreements, advise executives, support AI transformation, manage legal operations, and implement legal technology and automation. The role partners with Sales, Product, HR, and Operations while helping scale a lean legal function.

Drives federal sales growth across Defense Industrial Base and Federal Civilian accounts. Sells Claroty’s CPS, OT, ICS, and XIoT cybersecurity platforms; manages MEDDIC-based enterprise sales cycles, strategic integrator and channel partnerships, executive relationships, compliance alignment, and metrics-driven proof-of-concept engagements. Requires extensive federal cybersecurity sales experience, established government and reseller relationships, U.S. citizenship, and 55–65% travel.
