Lead and execute site safety programs on large construction projects. Conduct orientations, daily/weekly inspections, incident investigations, subcontractor safety coordination, training, and recordkeeping. Develop conceptual and detailed cost estimates, perform constructability reviews, prepare scopes, coordinate with design and trades, evaluate vendors, support value engineering, supervise junior estimators, maintain cost databases, and support project budgeting and procurement.

Lead piping stress and mechanical design for industrial/process facilities: perform CAESAR II analyses, evaluate nozzle and equipment loads, design supports and interfaces, prepare calculations and reports, coordinate multidisciplinary designs, support construction/startup, mentor junior engineers, and ensure code-compliant, constructible solutions.

Lead and oversee process design workflows, create multi-discipline piping and system designs, enforce company standards, mentor designers, collaborate with clients, and drive process improvement while ensuring regulatory and safety compliance across projects.

On-site Project Engineer for large design-build construction projects ($30M+). Coordinate architects/engineers, manage design schedules, budgets, and costs, execute projects, build client/subcontractor relationships, mentor interns and junior staff, and travel regionally/nationally. Role is safety-sensitive with physical site requirements.

Lead and manage VDC/BIM efforts across multiple projects: implement digital practice technology, coordinate and analyze federated models (including 4D), coach project teams on VDC best practices, support pre-construction estimating/scheduling, manage document/workflow processes, and provide technical support for BIM tools through project closeout and handover.

Support project staff and Clayco safety team to implement safety and health standards on construction sites. Provide administrative support for the Enterprise and Foundation's philanthropic giving: maintain and update the grants management system (CyberGrants), process payments and invoices, troubleshoot the application portal, manage grantee communications and paperwork, generate reports and track fundraising trends, maintain deadlines and a grants calendar, and assist with event logistics and volunteer coordination to support fundraising and community engagement initiatives.

Lead VDC/BIM efforts across design-build projects: coordinate 3D/2D modeling, perform clash detection, 4D/5D analyses, quantity take-offs, manage model updates, coach teams on BIM best practices, and serve as information manager for project delivery.
