Lead and execute site safety programs on large construction projects. Conduct orientations, daily/weekly inspections, incident investigations, subcontractor safety coordination, training, and recordkeeping. Coach staff, manage safety supervisors, support fire prevention and corrective actions, and promote a zero-injury culture while ensuring compliance with OSHA and federal/state regulations.

Lead preconstruction efforts for design-build projects: develop scopes, prepare conceptual estimates and proposals, review schedules and value-engineer items, select and manage subcontractor scopes, present estimates to clients, mentor junior estimators, and support contract negotiations and general conditions development.

Lead residential, hospitality, and mixed-use projects: manage teams, clients, consultants, schedules, billings, profitability, business development, recruiting, and project performance while representing LJC externally.
