Administer and govern multiple enterprise Procore instances, including permissions, configurations, integrations, troubleshooting, QA, and feature rollouts. Analyze integration variances, resolve escalated support issues, develop enterprise documentation, translate business requirements into workflows, and lead cross-functional initiatives. The role also mentors junior team members, supports governance compliance, evaluates new features, and drives process improvements across the organization.

Work on-site as part of a project team to take large design-build construction projects from concept through closeout. Build client/subcontractor relationships, coordinate architects/engineers, assist with schedules, forecasts, budgets and cost management, mentor interns, and ensure safe field execution.

The VDC Engineer supports design-build projects through BIM and virtual construction activities, including 2D/3D coordination, model development, clash detection, quantity takeoffs, 4D scheduling, 5D estimating, and model change management. The role collaborates with designers, subcontractors, estimators, project managers, and superintendents while providing technical support and coaching on BIM best practices. Nationwide travel or relocation to job sites is required.
