Leads manufacturing operations at a CPG plant, managing production teams and driving safety, quality, service, cost, productivity, reliability, and continuous improvement. Develops frontline talent, succession plans, and organizational capability while leading change and transformation initiatives. Partners with engineering, quality, maintenance, logistics, safety, supply chain, and improvement teams on site strategy, capital projects, operational readiness, risk management, and performance reviews. Ensures compliance with regulatory, environmental, food safety, and company standards.
