Lead commercial structuring and field pricing execution for large, complex enterprise deals. Partner with sales, pricing strategy, and value management to design repeatable programs, drive pricing execution, analyze deal profitability, and coach account teams to scale high-growth outcomes.

Supports the U.S. sales organization by reviewing, drafting, and negotiating enterprise software, subscription, services, nondisclosure, order form, and statement-of-work agreements. Advises stakeholders on contractual rights, obligations, compliance, privacy, licensing, and risk. Partners with sales, deal desk, revenue, customers, and management to facilitate efficient contract execution, maintain contract data, and improve legal processes.

Develops quantified business value strategies for enterprise AI and data platform investments. Partners with sales, product, strategy, and executive stakeholders to build TCO, ROI, NPV, and IRR business cases; shape deal strategy; align solution architectures with commercial outcomes; and support complex enterprise sales cycles. Leads value discovery, executive engagements, methodology development, thought leadership, and scalable AI-enabled analysis assets.
