Draft and negotiate procurement and commercial contracts, identify legal and contractual risks, support vendor disputes and claims, prepare settlement correspondence, advise procurement and project teams, coordinate outside counsel, and collaborate with regional in-house counsel. The role requires a JD, relevant legal experience, and licensure or willingness to become licensed in applicable jurisdictions.

Leads divisional supply chain strategy, forecasting, vendor collaboration, process improvement, contract negotiations, reporting, risk management, staff coaching, and supply chain technology adoption. The role manages supply chain priorities across construction projects, strengthens operational controls, develops staff, and ensures deliverables meet project and client commitments.

Maintains payroll records, processes semimonthly, weekly, and off-cycle payrolls, monitors timekeeping exceptions, supports audits, applies payroll tax and policy requirements, and tracks benefit-related deduction changes including 401(k) and FSA updates.

Leads complex supply chain and procurement assignments for electrical systems supporting data center construction. Reviews drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, procurement packages, vendor proposals, and technical documentation. Coordinates with manufacturers, project teams, subcontractors, designers, commissioning partners, and internal leadership to ensure purchased equipment meets technical, commercial, schedule, quality, safety, and compliance requirements.
