Supports supply chain operations through vendor proposal review, agreement and asset management records, communications, reporting, and basic business analysis. Coordinates vendor engagement events and collaborates with project and business teams while following sourcing and operational standards. The role is mentored by senior supply chain staff and involves local commuting with occasional regional travel.

Leads complex supply chain and procurement assignments for electrical systems supporting data center construction. Reviews drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, procurement packages, vendor proposals, and technical documentation. Coordinates with manufacturers, project teams, subcontractors, designers, commissioning partners, and internal leadership to ensure purchased equipment meets technical, commercial, schedule, quality, safety, and compliance requirements.

Develops and manages QA/QC systems, quality plans, procedures, and audits for commercial construction projects. Identifies corrective actions, addresses constructability concerns, trains project teams, and ensures compliance with client, design, contract, and regulatory requirements. The role supports multiple mission-critical, healthcare, and tenant-improvement projects, assists with emergent problem-solving, represents the company in project and business-development activities, and supervises the QA/QC team.

Executes core accounting activities supporting monthly close and financial reporting. Responsibilities include preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, performing job cost accounting, supporting revenue recognition and WIP preparation, maintaining financial records, preparing reports, resolving discrepancies, using ERP systems, and supporting internal controls, audits, compliance, and process improvements.

Manage complex supply chain workloads and act as subject-matter expert. Administer and negotiate master service agreements, purchase orders, subcontracts, and large contract portfolios. Develop contract governance, vendor management, sourcing, and risk mitigation processes. Support construction projects (data center experience preferred) and lead high-value competitive sourcing and solicitation activities.

Leads commercial construction projects from budgeting and bidding through closeout, overseeing cost control, change management, scheduling, quality, subcontractor coordination, client relationships, financial performance, and project teams. The role also supports business development, RFP presentations, staffing decisions, mentoring, training, and employee development.

Lead preconstruction activities including estimating, bid and trade partner management, client relationship development, permitting and site mobilization guidance, mentoring preconstruction teams, and delivering conceptual cost estimates and innovative solutions to ensure smooth transition to construction.

Ensure jobsite safety compliance by conducting audits, providing safety guidance during project planning, attending safety meetings and trainings, assisting incident investigations, maintaining records, and partnering with Risk Management to mitigate claims.

Coordinate planning, installation, startup and commissioning of MEP equipment for mission-critical, healthcare, and TI projects. Manage MEP models and submittals, respond to RFIs, track construction progress, organize commissioning/startup documentation, coordinate with subcontractors/vendors, and support preconstruction, MOPs, cutovers, and MEP team training.

Responsible for overall safety management on a 1–2 year construction project: enforce Clune safety policy, ensure compliance with regulations and client requirements, manage safety documentation and training, mentor safety personnel, coordinate with project and risk teams, and provide safety guidance during planning and execution.

Manage and implement site safety programs for a 1–2 year construction project, ensure compliance with regulations and client requirements, conduct audits and training, mentor safety personnel, coordinate with Risk Management and Regional Safety leadership, and maintain safety documentation and reporting.

Support QA/QC activities on construction projects by performing field inspections, reviewing drawings and submittals, tracking and resolving deficiencies, maintaining inspection records, and supporting commissioning and turnover. Coordinate with project teams and QA/QC leadership to ensure installations meet contract requirements, codes, and company quality standards.

Coordinate planning, installation, startup and commissioning of MEP equipment for mission-critical, healthcare, and TI projects. Manage MEP models and submittals, support 3D modeling, track construction progress, organize startup/commissioning documentation, train and mentor MEP staff, and work with subcontractors, vendors, and commissioning agents to close punch-list items.
