Coordinate planning, installation, startup and commissioning of MEP equipment for mission-critical, healthcare, and TI projects. Manage MEP models and submittals, respond to RFIs, track construction progress, organize commissioning/startup documentation, coordinate with subcontractors/vendors, and support preconstruction, MOPs, cutovers, and MEP team training.

Ensure jobsite safety compliance by conducting audits, providing safety guidance during project planning, attending safety meetings and trainings, assisting incident investigations, maintaining records, and partnering with Risk Management to mitigate claims.

Support QA/QC activities on construction projects by performing field inspections, reviewing drawings and submittals, tracking and resolving deficiencies, maintaining inspection records, and supporting commissioning and turnover. Coordinate with project teams and QA/QC leadership to ensure installations meet contract requirements, codes, and company quality standards.

Responsible for overall safety management on a 1–2 year construction project: enforce Clune safety policy, ensure compliance with regulations and client requirements, manage safety documentation and training, mentor safety personnel, coordinate with project and risk teams, and provide safety guidance during planning and execution.

Lead and govern complex IT projects across the CTS portfolio, standardizing project, change, and release management practices. Coordinate vendors, stakeholders, and technical teams to align priorities, optimize resources, reduce release risk, and drive continuous improvement to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Manage construction projects including labs from preconstruction through closeout: budgeting, estimating, document control, subcontracting, cost control, client and trade coordination, site visits, billing, and mentoring junior staff. Participate in RFPs, business development, and ensure contract and insurance compliance using CMiC/Procore.

Provide legal counsel on construction contracts and commercial agreements, mitigate risk, manage claims, disputes and litigation, collaborate with project teams and outside counsel, and develop legal templates, training, and best practices.

Lead preconstruction estimating and client engagement for commercial projects. Prepare detailed conceptual estimates and studies, analyze drawings/specifications, coordinate with stakeholders, manage multiple preconstruction tasks, and ensure smooth transition from concept to execution.

Lead preconstruction activities including estimating, bid and trade partner management, client relationship development, permitting and site mobilization guidance, mentoring preconstruction teams, and delivering conceptual cost estimates and innovative solutions to ensure smooth transition to construction.

Manage and implement site safety programs for a 1–2 year construction project, ensure compliance with regulations and client requirements, conduct audits and training, mentor safety personnel, coordinate with Risk Management and Regional Safety leadership, and maintain safety documentation and reporting.
