Defines business capabilities, analyzes current and future states, gathers requirements, maps processes and value streams, develops solution artifacts, and aligns IT architecture with business objectives. Acts as a liaison between business and IT stakeholders, manages scope, supports estimation and solutioning, identifies process improvements, and builds consensus across teams. The role requires insurance domain knowledge and experience with business architecture, consulting, or similar work.

Paid marketing internship supporting B2B2C sales enablement through campaign research, audience segmentation, content audits, workflow design, A/B testing, and analysis of engagement and conversion metrics. The intern will develop industry- and group-specific campaign briefs, recommend improvements, and translate customer insights and campaign results into marketing recommendations. The role is fully remote within the U.S., requires Central or Eastern Time availability, and may involve occasional corporate-office travel.
