Oversees engineering quality, risk management, capacity planning, staffing, performance, training, and escalation recovery across multiple engagements. Partners with sales, delivery, engineering, and executive stakeholders to improve customer outcomes, develop repeatable operating models, support go-to-market initiatives, and provide thought leadership through presentations and community engagement.

Leads Cloud Services delivery across professional and managed services, establishing standards, governance, metrics, risk controls, and quality mechanisms. Oversees client escalations, capacity planning, staffing, operational performance, and cross-functional collaboration. Partners with Sales and leadership on scoping, pricing, service development, and go-to-market initiatives. Provides technical direction, coaches delivery leaders, improves customer outcomes, and drives scalable cloud engineering and security service operations.

Owns strategic cybersecurity client accounts, including account health, renewals, revenue growth, delivery economics, executive relationships, and escalations. Develops account plans, identifies expansion opportunities, coordinates sales and delivery teams, reviews technical deliverables, monitors project performance, and ensures client commitments are met. Leads and coaches consultants and managers while translating cybersecurity services, risks, and recommendations into clear business outcomes for technical and executive stakeholders.
