Lead day-to-day client relationships and delivery for a portfolio of accounts—managing expectations, project documentation, cross-functional coordination, escalations, governance, and continuous improvement. Identify growth opportunities, forecast sales, administer contracts/change orders, and lead client reviews to ensure client satisfaction, on-time delivery, and revenue realization.

Manage daily office operations including front-of-house, meeting coordination, vendor and budget management, event planning, executive administrative support, HR administrative assistance, and process improvements to maintain an organized, efficient workplace.

The Technical Project Manager ensures the end-to-end delivery of technical projects, manages client expectations, coordinates internal teams, addresses risks, and implements process improvements.

Design user experiences and interfaces for Coates' software products and digital signage CMS. Produce wireframes, prototypes, IA, journeys, and high-fidelity visuals; collaborate with Product Owners and Engineers; apply accessibility standards, conduct usability research, and optimize product success metrics.

Lead and enable multiple engineering squads to deliver reliable, maintainable enterprise-scale web applications. Provide technical leadership, enforce engineering standards, manage technical debt, ensure platform operability and quality-by-design, develop engineers and partners (onshore/offshore), and remove blockers to improve delivery flow in partnership with Product, Delivery, and QA.

Develop and maintain statistically driven and consensus-based demand forecasts across North America, integrating sales pipeline, rollout schedules, and seasonality. Own S&OP support, improve planning tools and processes, analyze forecast performance, build dashboards, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Success to optimize inventory and revenue predictability.

Work with customers, product managers and stakeholders to gather and document technical and functional requirements, decompose epics into user stories, produce acceptance criteria, support UAT, maintain product documentation, create process flows and gap analyses, and drive cross-team collaboration to improve support processes and product delivery.

Lead architecture and evolution of a scalable AWS data platform; design and build production-grade batch and near-real-time data pipelines; define data modeling, observability, and governance standards; implement IaC and CI/CD; enable governed data products; and provide hands-on technical leadership and mentoring for data engineers and stakeholders.

Gather and validate end-to-end business requirements for CRM/ERP solutions, map processes, run sprint QA and UAT, support delivery and post-go-live adoption, prioritize intake, and drive continuous process improvement to improve efficiency and customer experience.

Lead North American service desk and workplace technology services, own ITSM and access governance, drive operational excellence and continuous improvement, manage NA IT team, partner with HR, security, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure employee technology onboarding, support, and compliance.
