Own product projects from problem discovery through launch and adoption. Define scope, specifications, and tradeoffs; collaborate closely with engineers; gather input from teachers, districts, customers, and internal teams; document decisions; prototype with AI coding agents; and support prioritization and product strategy. The role is designed for an early-career professional developing product management skills in a fully in-person Chicago office environment.

Own a product area from concept through launch, working closely with engineering teams to identify problems, define solutions, write specifications, prototype with AI coding agents, and keep development focused. Conduct research with teachers, districts, customers, and internal teams; synthesize market, user, and data insights; and communicate product decisions across engineering, sales, customer success, support, and curriculum. This is an individual contributor role with no people-management responsibility.

Manage a portfolio of small accounts by leading renewals, engaging customers, resolving issues, tracking account activity in CRM systems, and identifying expansion opportunities. The role focuses on customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth while collaborating with sales teams. Candidates should be organized, communicative, comfortable managing multiple accounts, and interested in education and coding. This is a full-time, five-days-per-week office role in Chicago.
