The Forward Deployed Engineering Manager will lead the development of customer-facing technical teams, focusing on onboarding, customer engagement, and defining operational models for success within AI-augmented environments.

Support GTM teams by cleaning CRM data, building lightweight automations and templates, testing AI-assisted workflows, creating reports and dashboards, analyzing revenue data, and improving revenue processes across Salesforce and related systems.

Embed as the primary technical authority for post-sales customers to guide deployment architecture, onboarding, and adoption of agentic AI development workflows. The Technical Enablement Manager will develop onboarding and training programs for technical sellers, create learning materials, and partner with Customer Solutions to enhance sales effectiveness through enablement initiatives.

As a Developer Relations Engineer, you'll engage with the developer community, curate templates, improve documentation, and run workshops, using technical and community-building skills to enhance user experience and support contributions.
