The Forward Deployed Engineering Manager will lead the development of customer-facing technical teams, focusing on onboarding, customer engagement, and defining operational models for success within AI-augmented environments.

Support GTM teams by cleaning CRM data, building lightweight automations and templates, testing AI-assisted workflows, creating reports and dashboards, analyzing revenue data, and improving revenue processes across Salesforce and related systems.

Embed as the primary technical authority for post-sales customers to guide deployment architecture, onboarding, and adoption of agentic AI development workflows. Lead end-to-end onboarding and remediation engagements, design repeatable reference architectures, translate complex environments into secure network/identity/infrastructure patterns, capture product feedback, and document scalable delivery patterns to drive customer outcomes.
