Serve as the primary Workday HCM technical owner: administer configuration and security, manage integrations and releases, build reports, perform data audits and EIB loads, troubleshoot Tier 2/3 issues, partner with HR/Payroll/Finance/IT, and drive continuous system improvements and change management.

Support clients with financial reporting and technical accounting: prepare/review financial statements, implement new accounting standards (ASC 842/606/805), research and draft technical memos, assist SEC reporting, perform reconciliations/journal entries, optimize accounting processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions and manage project delivery.

Lead buy- and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for private equity, corporate, and owner-operator clients. Oversee quality-of-earnings, working capital, and cash flow analyses; review complex financials, ensure U.S. GAAP application, prepare transaction reports, and communicate findings. Serve as primary client contact, manage stakeholders, and supervise/coach senior associates and associates to build a high-performing team.
