The Head of Sales Enablement will design and execute a sales enablement strategy, developing resources, metrics, and a high-performing team to drive revenue impact in AI and ML environments.

Lead and mentor a team of Forward Deployed Engineers to deploy Cohere's North platform into private cloud and on-premises environments. Own technical delivery and customer success, collaborate with Product/Engineering/Sales, optimize K8s services (OpenSearch, databases), define GPU/CPU scaling, and build scalable processes and tooling.

Build and ship full-stack features for North, develop autonomous agents that access sensitive enterprise data, productionize state-of-the-art models, write minimal, secure low-resource code, and collaborate with researchers to deploy performant RAG/agentic applications while prioritizing security and user experience.
