Lead and mature the enterprise GRC program, managing governance, risk, compliance frameworks, audits, customer assurance, third-party risk, access compliance, and executive reporting. Administer GRC platforms, oversee HITRUST, HIPAA, and ISO 27001 readiness, support contractual security reviews, and partner across Security, Engineering, Legal, Sales, and Customer Success. Build scalable processes, develop the GRC function, manage assessors, and improve security trust and operational maturity.

Develop and support secure healthcare integration services connecting providers, payers, delegated entities, and third-party platforms. Responsibilities include API development, distributed systems, event-driven messaging, cloud automation, CI/CD, automated testing, observability, production support, secure authentication, and cross-functional agile collaboration. The role also contributes to healthcare interoperability solutions using standards such as FHIR.

Designs and delivers large-scale, governed data pipelines and infrastructure across the full data lifecycle. Responsibilities include coding in Python and SQL, optimizing Airflow, dbt, AWS, Kafka, and Iceberg/Parquet workflows, implementing data quality and observability, contributing to architecture and tool evaluations, mentoring engineers, collaborating with stakeholders, and participating in on-call support.
