Provide excellent customer service to internal and external partners, support standardized workflows, and handle multiple high-volume deadlines while ensuring compliance and audit readiness.

Manage relocation accounting deliverables including client reporting, payroll support, reconciliations, audits and vendor escalations. Serve as technical resource and liaison across operations, vendors, and account teams. Provide training, troubleshoot policy and tax issues, assist with financial management (advances, cash on account, FAM audits), and handle customer inquiries and special projects to ensure timely, accurate service.
