The Director of Leads Insights leads data-driven reporting and analytics, manages a team, oversees tools and documentation, and drives insights for strategic business decisions.

Lead end-to-end client onboarding and service expansion projects, managing planning, governance, risks, stakeholder communication, solution design, configuration, testing, training, launch and hyper-care. Drive operational readiness, continuous improvement, automation and data-driven insights, coordinate global cross-functional teams, support change management, and contribute to scalable implementation methodologies and client-facing growth opportunities.

Perform comprehensive title examinations for Minnesota transactions, review title and assessment searches, plats, and related documents; prepare and issue Commitments to Insure; advise customers on resolving title issues; coordinate with closing and production teams; proofread commitments and correspondence; use proprietary title software to track files; maintain production of 5-8 exams per day and meet turn-time standards.
