Drives high-volume outbound prospecting across a multistate territory to build relationships with independent brokerage owners and generate qualified franchise opportunities. Responsibilities include cold and warm outreach, market research, prospect meetings, qualification, CRM maintenance, networking, in-person visits, and collaboration with the Regional Vice President to advance opportunities. The role is fully remote but requires approximately 50–75% travel throughout the assigned territory.

Own franchise sales across the Southeast territory, managing prospect generation, pipeline development, relationship building, negotiations, due diligence, and deal conversion. Achieve individual, team, and brand growth goals through consultative selling and multiple sales strategies. Collaborate with brand leadership, shared services, sales enablement, and growth teams while guiding prospects through the franchise application process. The role requires presentations, CRM usage, financial statement interpretation, and 50–75% travel.
