Creates brand-aligned visual design solutions across print, digital, email, presentations, marketing, video, products, and event graphics. Manages assignments from concept through production, maintains design systems and assets, ensures accessibility, coordinates vendors, and improves creative workflows. Collaborates with stakeholders, presents design rationale, incorporates feedback, and adapts to shifting priorities while delivering high-quality work.

Designs and builds scalable interactive digital learning companions for instructional, district engagement, and field enablement resources. The role establishes reusable standards, templates, accessibility approaches, and component libraries while prioritizing projects, coordinating stakeholders, analyzing usage data, and reporting engagement impact. Responsibilities include developing simulations, multimedia, micro-learning assets, and JavaScript extensions using authoring and publishing tools, with a focus on educational equity, accessibility, and nationwide student outcomes.

Conduct pretesting, item analysis, IRT, score maintenance, data extraction, statistical reporting, and quality control for SAT assessments. Develop and maintain Python and R-based data management and statistical workflows, improve operational processes, document procedures, and evaluate AI-enabled tools. Collaborate with psychometricians and cross-functional teams to deliver accurate assessment data and reports under strict deadlines.
