Provides administrative accounting support for engineering project teams. Responsibilities include setting up and closing projects in Deltek Vantagepoint, maintaining project data, processing and reconciling sub-consultant invoices, compiling billing documentation, formatting draft invoices, organizing project finance records, resolving discrepancies, and supporting audits and reporting. Requires strong accuracy, organization, Excel proficiency, and experience in administrative accounting, accounts payable, or clerical support.

Supports company offices with help desk assistance, hardware and software troubleshooting, workstation setup, application installations and upgrades, equipment inventory, system maintenance, technical monitoring, and ongoing IT projects. Interacts with employees and vendors to provide service excellence and resolve technology issues.

Leads roadway and transportation engineering projects from concept through completion, ensuring technical, regulatory, and client requirements are met. Prepares and reviews plans, specifications, and cost estimates; collaborates with multidisciplinary teams; mentors junior engineers; and supports QA/QC programs. Requires strong knowledge of IDOT, Illinois Tollway, and local agency standards, roadway design software proficiency, and a Professional Engineer license.
