Manage all operational aspects of a long-term care nursing unit 24/7, supervise staff, ensure resident-centered care, maintain compliance, and coordinate with leadership. Requires RN licensure and prior long-term care supervisory experience.

Support and manage business office tasks including accounts receivable, collections, resident funds, daily deposits, posting ancillaries/census/cash, insurance forms, office supplies, and family/resident inquiries while following policies and assisting leadership.
