Serve as the office's first point of contact, manage daily administrative and financial tasks, maintain records and project documents, support permits and compliance, assist with construction project coordination, bookkeeping (QuickBooks), vendor payments, onboarding, and community meeting/event coordination.

Onni Group and CEC are recruiting union and non-union tradespeople for Halsted Pointe Phase 1, a 46-story residential tower in Chicago (May 2026–Oct 2028). Multiple skilled trades (carpentry, electricians, plumbers, ironworkers, masons, etc.) are needed for construction, parking, retail, and amenity areas. Applicants encouraged to apply throughout the project.

CEC prepares candidates for careers in construction by facilitating hiring, providing post-hire support, and partnering with local agencies to supply resources. Applicants complete an online interest application to join the program and access community-based job opportunities.
