Teams at Community Health Systems

Create, maintain, and publish clinician schedules for assigned hospitals; fill open shifts; track clinician hours and credentials; coordinate with payroll, credentialing, recruiting, and leadership; produce staffing and performance reports; support orientations and emergency scheduling; ensure compliance with policies and budget constraints.

Provide comprehensive HR support including recruitment, onboarding, benefits guidance, employee relations, HRIS recordkeeping, exit processing, policy interpretation, compensation guidance, and HR data analysis to support departmental goals.

Administer and support Citrix and enterprise systems, troubleshoot incidents, perform monitoring/patching, maintain documentation, enforce security and access controls, assist deployments/upgrades, follow change management, participate in on-call rotation, and collaborate with IT teams to improve operations.
