Provides senior legal counsel to agricultural lending, related services, and embedded finance teams. Independently manages complex legal matters, drafts and negotiates contracts, advises executives, assesses regulatory and compliance risks, researches evolving laws, and develops practical solutions aligned with business objectives. The role also supports legal training, organizational priorities, and matters involving lending, real estate, bankruptcy, leasing, contracts, tax, accounting, appraisal, and title insurance.

Leads discovery and prioritization of AI-enabled product opportunities across client, business, technology, data, security, and risk teams. Designs experiments, validates hypotheses, evaluates AI autonomy and human oversight, and uses qualitative and quantitative evidence to guide investment decisions. Builds opportunity portfolios, develops responsible AI practices, and drives organizational alignment and learning without formal authority.

Directs technology product management strategy across a digital product portfolio. Leads product vision, roadmaps, OKRs, investment prioritization, agile transformation, and cross-functional collaboration with executive, engineering, operations, marketing, and business teams. Builds and mentors high-performing teams, drives product adoption and optimization, manages stakeholder expectations, and aligns technology initiatives with organizational goals in a regulated financial-services environment.

Paid summer 2027 internship supporting agricultural lending and insurance sales. Responsibilities include assisting sales staff, building client and agribusiness relationships, participating in crop insurance and consumer lending appointments, learning loan products and credit risk analysis, supporting cross-selling and marketing, entering data into AIP systems, and organizing documents. The role requires agricultural or business education, strong communication and analytical skills, teamwork, and familiarity with business and financial applications.

Supports New Markets lending and product development programs, including GroundBreakers initiatives. Researches comparable programs at Farm Credit associations and financial institutions, reviews USDA and FSA program reports, summarizes eligibility criteria, and analyzes FCA Young, Beginning, and Small Farmer annual reports against Compeer results.
