Support lending teams with loan pricing strategy, transfer pricing, and daily rate administration. Produce reporting and analysis on interest rates, portfolio performance, and risk. Manage pricing tools and models, liaise with funding bank, deliver pricing consultation and training, and support system enhancements and process improvements.

Develops, implements, and administers compensation programs. Performs job analysis, market pricing, salary benchmarking, and FLSA evaluation. Supports variable compensation design and administration, maintains compensation systems and reports, advises leaders on pay decisions, and ensures compliance with compensation regulations.
