Manage a portfolio of approximately 25 clients, owning relationships, delivery plans, onboarding, reporting, renewals, and account expansion. Partner with SEO, content, web, and paid media specialists to develop and present strategies, monitor performance, manage timelines and budgets, and translate results into business impact. Lead client check-ins, executive reviews, training, and sensitive relationship conversations while maintaining project workflows in Asana and client records in HubSpot.

Develop three requirements-driven technical reports from engineering data, SME input, government requirements, templates, and reference materials. Prepare safety and health hazard assessments, collaborate with mechanical engineers, revise deliverables based on government feedback, and potentially support technical manuals and training materials. The role requires strong technical writing, editing, organization, independent work, confidentiality, and flexibility to meet tight deadlines and fluctuating workloads.

Develop technical specifications, submittals, and reusable documentation for low- and medium-voltage switchgear and power distribution equipment. Translate engineering specifications into clear materials for review, approval, and installation; collaborate with engineers and SMEs to validate technical details; and organize reference information into a documentation library. The role supports switchgear, PDUs, RPPs, and related 480V+ systems, using AI tools such as Claude to accelerate drafting while maintaining accuracy.
