Owns and sustains an enterprise Microsoft Active Directory environment, including domain services, organizational units, GPOs, trusts, replication, schema, permissions, DNS, recovery, and domain-controller lifecycle management. Troubleshoots complex identity and authentication issues, supports incidents and disaster recovery, automates administration, applies security baselines, and coordinates RMF activities. Tests integrations with Okta and other identity platforms using federation and provisioning protocols. Maintains documentation, reporting, SOPs, and modernization plans.

Owns the architecture, operation, security, automation, and modernization of VMware virtualization and SDDC platforms across production, development, disaster recovery, and hybrid environments. Responsibilities include managing vSphere, vSAN, NSX, SRM, automation, platform capacity, patching, compliance, incident response, recovery exercises, DISA hosting migrations, documentation, and technical roadmaps. The role requires active Secret clearance and occasional onsite support or travel.

Lead enterprise systems and network administration for a DoD enterprise: oversee servers, virtualization, storage, networking, cloud, incident/outage response, RMF compliance, and geographically dispersed teams to ensure secure, resilient, highly available operations.
