Lead design, deployment, and sustainment of Statistical Process Control across multi-site manufacturing. Pilot SPC technologies, standardize control plans, train and mentor plant teams, analyze process data to reduce variation and defects, integrate SPC with quality, safety, and digital systems, and maintain audit-ready documentation and compliance with regulatory and customer standards.

Perform financial, operational, and compliance audits; evaluate risk and internal controls; translate findings into actionable recommendations; use data analytics for audit planning; prepare audit reports; mentor associates and collaborate with business stakeholders.

Lead trade spend planning, forecasting, and period-end close for customer investments. Provide monthly trade spend analyses, ensure SOX-compliant journal entries and reconciliations, support SAP S/4HANA upgrade and master data governance, partner with Sales and Marketing, support audits and tax requests, and drive automation, analytics, and process improvements to strengthen margins and financial controls.

Design, build, and iterate data engineering pipelines, dashboards, and reports to support analytics and data science. Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into engineering solutions, promote self‑service analytics, define best practices, and support implementation using Databricks, Snowflake, and Azure components.
