The Senior Financial Analyst supports finance transformation through financial planning, forecasting, P&L analysis, reporting automation, dashboards, and analytical modeling. Responsibilities include annual operating plans, monthly forecasts, financial close activities, cost savings and productivity analyses, leadership reporting, and cross-functional finance projects. The role partners with internal functions and requires strong financial systems, analytics, communication, and relationship-management skills.

Oversee multiple engineering and capital projects from conception through commissioning and operational handoff. Develop project plans, budgets, schedules, forecasts, and risk strategies; lead cross-functional teams; coordinate vendors and contractors; monitor progress; resolve issues; communicate with stakeholders; ensure safety, regulatory, and food safety compliance; and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing locations.

Serve as the technical expert for manufacturing automation and controls across engineering and project teams. Develop control system solutions, support FEL estimates and capital projects, perform technology evaluations, lead system integration, support FAT/SAT, create functional control descriptions and technical briefs, and identify continuous improvement and feasibility opportunities. Maintain industry standards and drive long-term automation roadmaps.
