Build and maintain Terraform and OCI Resource Manager automation for standardized cloud tenant onboarding. Develop landing zones, identity, networking, governance, security, logging, and tagging templates. Create CI/CD pipelines, enforce policy-as-code and configuration standards, and accelerate tenant provisioning. The role requires strong OCI, Terraform, scripting, Git, security automation, and federal client clearance eligibility.

Monitors network, host, and security systems for suspicious activity; triages alerts using SIEM, vulnerability scanning, and endpoint security tools; supports incident response, threat research, vulnerability identification, reporting, and SOC process improvements under senior guidance. Maintains awareness of cybersecurity best practices and DoD security requirements while helping protect mission-critical information systems.

Provides senior technical leadership for DoD client IT systems, including architecture, DevSecOps, cloud migration, system integration, and modernization. Leads development, cloud engineering, and platform teams; manages technical debt, interfaces, data exchange, security, and cross-team dependencies. Oversees architectural reviews and ensures secure, scalable, maintainable solutions across classified and unclassified environments.
