Administer defined benefit pension plans, perform and validate retirement calculations, handle complex participant inquiries, ensure ERISA/IRS compliance, conduct quality reviews, support annual valuation and reporting, collaborate with clients/actuaries/vendors, lead process improvements, assist with system implementations, and mentor team members.

Lead infrastructure implementation projects from planning through delivery. Manage multiple concurrent projects, schedules, budgets, risks, stakeholders, and technical resources. Enforce PMO/SDLC best practices, produce reporting, and coordinate with towers, service managers, global operations, and suppliers to deliver business-aligned solutions.

Investigate members' insurance coverage to determine correct payer order, apply Medicare CMS and NAIC COB guidelines, validate eligibility with carriers/providers, document findings, process COB correspondence, handle inbound/outbound inquiries, meet productivity and quality goals, and maintain HIPAA compliance in a remote environment.
