Provides Level 3 technical and application support for depot operations. Troubleshoots depot management systems, customer rates, pricing, billing configurations, desktop hardware, networks, Microsoft 365, and business applications. Analyzes logs, databases, configurations, and workflows to identify root causes; coordinates fixes with developers and vendors; tests updates; documents resolutions; supports help desk personnel; and recommends process or system improvements.

Leads nationwide commercial growth for depot operations by developing enterprise accounts, managing strategic customer relationships, pursuing new business, negotiating rates and contracts, and overseeing pricing and profitability. Partners with depot operations, finance, and senior leadership to align customer commitments with capabilities, resolve service issues, improve retention, and expand revenue. Requires substantial transportation or intermodal sales experience, industry expertise, and nationwide travel.
