Support restoration inspection group by managing and retrieving archived project documentation, assembling completed records, performing data entry for project tracking (Excel and Primavera V6), preparing correspondence and progress reports, and coordinating files for construction management and operations teams.

Manage planning, design, and construction activities for small-to-medium capital projects, overseeing cost, schedule, quality, contract administration, client relations, and project close-out. Perform on-site inspections, prepare cost estimates and reports, coordinate permits and contractor billing, and support business development as needed.

Develop detailed mechanical cost estimates (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, site utilities) across design phases. Perform quantity take-offs, unit pricing using databases and subcontractor input, prepare BOE and backup, coordinate with design teams, support value engineering, QA/QC, bid evaluation, and maintain estimate documentation. Periodic travel for site visits and client meetings.

Manage and process construction contract documents, modifications, payments, insurance and compliance; maintain logs and reports; assist with audits, subcontractor approvals, certified payroll/DBE reporting, and project closeout while coordinating with stakeholders and attending meetings.

Provide IT support for the Chicago Airports RSIP: install and maintain PCs, printers, phones, and network connections; support onboarding, VPN/Remote Desktop, email, and telephone systems; manage database support, backups, security patches, asset inventory, licensing, and system interfaces (CMS, CPICS, SharePoint). Develop reports, user roles, and troubleshooting for the RSIP database.

Design, develop, and maintain Power BI semantic models, dashboards, paginated and SSRS reports. Build DAX, Power Query transformations, ETL processes (SSIS/Azure Data Factory), and semantic/tabular models. Engage stakeholders, perform testing/UAT, document solutions, tune performance, and support multiple client engagements in a consulting environment.

Lead global entity management and corporate governance for U.S. and international entities, ensure compliance and good standing, maintain organizational data, prepare board/shareholder documents, support M&A and restructuring diligence, coordinate with tax/finance/outside counsel, improve entity-management processes and technology, and serve as primary contact for registered agents and regulators.

Lead pursuit strategy and proposal development for assigned markets. Write and refine proposal content, extract win themes from SMEs, manage Salesforce pipeline and forecasting, facilitate go/no-go decisions, lead client debriefs, and mentor proposal staff to ensure high-quality, compliant submissions.

Develop conceptual through detailed cost estimates using benchmarking, market data, and quantity take-offs. Support budgets, cost control, QA/QC, constructability reviews, change order analysis, and client/stakeholder coordination across project phases.

Manage telecom A&E projects and client expectations from scope definition through deliverables. Coordinate vendors and production managers, control schedule, budget, and compliance, provide timelines and forecasts, perform design visits, and approve final deliverables while developing tools, templates, and team capabilities.

Lead end-to-end UX and UI design for an AI-native product suite: research, high-fidelity UI, prototyping, and engineering handoff.
