Manage cost control for capital construction projects, including budgets, commitments, actual costs, forecasts, funding, accruals, and financial reporting. Analyze variances, maintain historical cost data, support project managers, lead monthly financial reviews, ensure cost-report integrity, and assist with audits and regulatory reporting. The role requires collaboration with clients, project teams, designers, contractors, and operations staff.

Manages capital construction projects as an owner’s representative, coordinating planning, design, procurement, construction, occupancy, and closeout. Oversees budgets, cost forecasts, schedules, contracts, quality, permits, risks, stakeholder communication, and project reporting. The role supports public-sector and institutional clients, conducts site observations, reviews designs and contractor documentation, facilitates project decisions, maintains client relationships, and may assist with business development. Regular travel to client offices and project sites is required.

Leads owner-representative capital projects for public-sector and institutional clients. Oversees planning, design, procurement, construction, budgets, schedules, quality, contracts, permits, closeout, and stakeholder communications. Manages client relationships, public meetings, project teams, reporting, risks, and business development activities while coordinating owners, designers, contractors, consultants, and government agencies.

Support restoration inspection group by managing and retrieving archived project documentation, assembling completed records, performing data entry for project tracking (Excel and Primavera V6), preparing correspondence and progress reports, and coordinating files for construction management and operations teams.

Develop detailed mechanical cost estimates (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, site utilities) across design phases. Perform quantity take-offs, unit pricing using databases and subcontractor input, prepare BOE and backup, coordinate with design teams, support value engineering, QA/QC, bid evaluation, and maintain estimate documentation. Periodic travel for site visits and client meetings.

Supports commercial contracting by drafting, reviewing, redlining, and negotiating agreements; identifies contractual risks and coordinates with business teams. Manages subpoena and records-request responses, legal holds, e-discovery preservation and collection, and related documentation. Supports claims, litigation, fleet and real estate asset tracking, and potentially employment-based immigration matters. The role requires strong judgment, communication, organization, confidentiality, and independent management of competing deadlines.

Design and lead delivery of Oracle Primavera Unifier PMIS solutions: gather client requirements, create strategy and design documents, manage development and integrations, perform QA and UAT, demo solutions, and support sales and program governance.
