Support restoration inspection group by managing and retrieving archived project documentation, assembling completed records, performing data entry for project tracking (Excel and Primavera V6), preparing correspondence and progress reports, and coordinating files for construction management and operations teams.

Develop detailed mechanical cost estimates (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, site utilities) across design phases. Perform quantity take-offs, unit pricing using databases and subcontractor input, prepare BOE and backup, coordinate with design teams, support value engineering, QA/QC, bid evaluation, and maintain estimate documentation. Periodic travel for site visits and client meetings.

Lead complex capital projects for electric utility clients from initiation through closeout. Oversee scope, schedule, cost control, budgets, estimates, deliverables, and client relationships. Provide team leadership, supervise subordinate PMs, support business development, and identify cost savings and schedule recovery actions.
