Manage Sustainability Solutions client accounts and relationships, supporting onboarding, implementation, account planning, reviews, project delivery, and client satisfaction. Lead internal and external calls, coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor sustainability legislation and market needs, gather customer feedback, and advocate for product enhancements. Responsibilities also include contract and scope management, stakeholder communication, research, problem solving, and participation in product roadmap prioritization. Travel is required.

Manage customer relationships for the Goby sustainability platform, onboard customers, drive value and adoption, provide training and demos, collaborate with internal teams to optimize product offerings, and use data and processes to solve problems and retain clients.

Lead technical delivery for bulk internet deployments (MDU and SFR), managing site surveys, vendor/ISP engineering coordination, hardware provisioning, risk logging in Salesforce, and ensuring on-time network turn-up and operational handoff.
