Manage multiple concurrent eDiscovery matters from initiation through completion, serving as the primary client contact. Responsibilities include overseeing collections, processing, review workflows, analytics, productions, schedules, budgets, quality standards, communications, reporting, and KPIs. The role also requires advising clients, coordinating cross-functional and global teams, mentoring project staff, supporting business development, and maintaining client satisfaction while meeting project constraints.

Support and maintain enterprise applications, troubleshoot user issues, coordinate upgrades and enhancements, document processes, analyze application reports, and drive platform adoption. The role requires database knowledge, cloud application and ETL familiarity, enterprise-system integration experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical users. Bullhorn or Replicon expertise is preferred.

Leads multiple complex eDiscovery projects from planning through delivery, managing schedules, budgets, resources, quality, reporting, and client communications. Serves as the primary client contact, advises on discovery workflows and Relativity, mitigates risks, mentors project staff, and supports business development and client relationship growth.
