Lead subject-matter expert for Joint Training (J-37) providing senior-level expertise in joint training plans, JTS/JTT, JELC, mission and training proficiency assessments, DRRS and JLLIS usage, and facilitation of senior leader workshops. Supports federal customers with 12+ years' experience and preferred active Secret clearance.

Lead DoD federal program and contract management for joint training programs. Oversee geographically dispersed teams, ensure contract performance, quality, and deliverables, provide executive briefings, and support Joint Training systems and lifecycle activities. Remote with frequent CONUS travel covering 54 states and territories.

Serve as technical lead for software development, testing, deployment support, release management, requirements analysis, defect resolution, and technical oversight for MIS. Lead development, testing, UAT, Section 508 compliance, performance/capacity testing, documentation, and modernization/migration efforts.
