Develop and scale enablement programs for global Customer Success and GTM teams. The role partners with Product, Marketing, Sales, and CS leadership to improve time-to-productivity, retention, expansion, and ongoing product alignment.

Build full-stack prospect demo solutions for ecommerce search and discovery products. Develop JavaScript data collection tools, front-end integrations, ETL workflows, dashboards, alerts, and open-source UI libraries and REST clients. Validate prospect data, support integrations, answer technical questions, collaborate with sales and product teams, and contribute to automated testing, code reviews, and demo infrastructure.

Leads the Customer Developer Experience engineering team, setting technical strategy for open-source TypeScript and React tooling. Responsibilities include supporting external developers, improving documentation and integration workflows, prioritizing work with cross-functional teams, recruiting, mentoring engineers, and maintaining high standards for software quality, testing, and reliability.
