Requires extensive hands-on forensic experience, people leadership, program-building expertise, industry-standard tools, and flexibility for domestic and international travel up to 50%.

Leads business development and revenue growth for an eDiscovery and data insights practice. Builds pipeline, identifies target accounts, develops relationships with legal and compliance stakeholders, supports sales campaigns, and helps convert prospects into qualified opportunities. Partners with marketing and practice leaders on collateral, events, thought leadership, and client pitches. Supports managed-services and transactional sales, including scoping, pricing, fee models, margin analysis, and deal strategy. Uses CRM and outreach technologies to track prospects, pipeline, and campaign performance.

Manage the full lifecycle of multiple eDiscovery projects, from matter setup and requirements gathering through production, billing, and invoicing. Provide hands-on technical support in RelativityOne, develop workflows, manage searches, productions, users, permissions, and privilege logs, and coordinate processing, loading, and hosting resources. Consult with clients, oversee expectations and deadlines, maintain project and chain-of-custody records, advocate for client needs, and ensure high-quality delivery across internal and external teams.
