The role also mentors junior estimators and ensures estimates align with project requirements, pricing strategies, timelines, and installation feasibility.

Supports the setup, coordination, and ongoing management of customer programs across global and enterprise accounts. Coordinates stakeholders, maintains program standards and playbooks, deploys processes and tools, manages engagement logistics, monitors metrics, compiles reports, supports compliance, resolves operational issues, and helps implement service improvements and new capabilities.

Leads Convergint’s national K-12 vertical market strategy, revenue growth, partner ecosystem, and long-term roadmap. Manages Vertical Market Managers and aligns Sales, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Enablement, and regional leadership. The role develops differentiated solutions, supports complex executive-level opportunities, tracks revenue and margin KPIs, and represents the K-12 business with customers, partners, and industry associations. This remote position supports U.S. teams and includes up to 50% travel.

Designs and coordinates moderate- to high-complexity electronic and physical security systems, including access control, video surveillance, alarms, and intercoms. Creates AutoCAD drawings, submittal packages, record drawings, O&M manuals, and project documentation. Reviews designs for code and AHJ compliance, supports permitting, procurement, change orders, site surveys, project turnover, and sales activities. Communicates project progress and scope changes while supporting other designers and collaborating with project teams, vendors, consultants, and customers.

Analyzes and improves global sales operations, CRM governance, pipeline quality, forecast accuracy, reporting, and account planning. The role monitors sales execution metrics, manages strategic partner program governance, identifies performance trends, recommends process improvements, and drives adoption of standardized processes across global sales teams. It also serves as a CRM governance subject matter expert and independently prioritizes operational initiatives.

Manage technical projects from award through closeout, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, field installation oversight, subcontractor management, risk mitigation, customer communication, and financial reporting to ensure on-time, on-budget completion and customer satisfaction.
