Support associate staffing, utilization, onboarding, integration, performance reviews and professional development within the Cyber/Data/Privacy practice. Track and analyze associate metrics, coordinate hiring and onboarding with Legal Talent, implement training and licensure compliance, champion diversity and wellness initiatives, and provide coaching and mentoring to support associate growth.

Serve as strategic marketing lead for M&A, PE, and Capital Markets practice: develop directory and pitch strategies, market/competitive intelligence, GTM and content requirements, sponsorship ROI and event follow-up, oversee practice marketing materials, collaborate with content/creative and pursuits teams, and manage/mentor direct reports to drive business development outcomes.

Provide attorney-level guidance to drive legal technology adoption across practice groups, develop playbooks, run pilots and change management, collaborate with leadership to prioritize initiatives, and support practice-specific resource and automation efforts to improve legal service delivery.
