Leads hyperscale data center construction projects from pre-construction through close-out as the owner's on-site representative. Oversees contractors, contracts, budgets, schedules, quality, and commissioning of MEP and low-voltage systems. Conducts site inspections, verifies work against plans and specifications, manages risks, and reports project status, financials, and progress to leadership. Regular travel to project sites is required.
