The Full Stack Engineer will design, develop, and maintain internal tools and public web applications for ETF operations and compliance, ensuring correctness and user-friendly interfaces.

Build and maintain quantitative models for pricing, underwriting, forecasting, and investment decision-making. Analyze large datasets to identify risks and opportunities, design experiments, stress-test trade ideas, and partner with engineering and product to implement findings. Support underwriting, investment strategy, and cross-functional strategic initiatives.

The Financial Operations Associate will support daily finance operations, manage payments and vendor relationships, assist with reconciliations, ensure accurate financial records, and improve financial processes in a fast-paced environment.
