The Sr. Enablement Programs Manager will create and implement comprehensive sales enablement strategies, facilitate training, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve sales performance in a SaaS environment.

Lead end-to-end implementation of the Coupa platform for large strategic customers across the Americas. Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery through governance, resource planning, risk and financial management. Act as primary customer contact, manage executive stakeholders, mentor Engagement Managers, and occasionally serve as Delivery Executive Sponsor. Drive AI and Agile initiatives and partner on business transformation to maximize customer value.

Lead Coupa's post-sales enablement and customer education strategy, owning Coupa University and partner enablement. Build and manage teams across post-sales and partner enablement, modernize learning experiences, commercialize training and certifications, embed into cross-functional planning, ensure release readiness, and tie enablement metrics to retention and revenue outcomes.
