Interprets federal and state regulations governing student aid and veterans benefits, develops compliant policies and procedures, monitors controls, and advises campuses and operational teams. Reviews marketing, catalog, and website materials; supports audits, regulatory communications, training, presentations, and corrective actions. Leads Covista’s corporate application portfolio across ERP, Finance, HRIS/HCM, Legal, and Corporate Affairs. Oversees technology delivery, enterprise transformation, integrations, operational support, service health, vendors, budgets, risk, and compliance. Builds and develops application teams, coordinates cross-functional and shared-service partners, establishes delivery governance, and ensures major initiatives transition into sustainable operations. Partners with executives to align technology roadmaps, investments, and business priorities.

Supports internal audit procedures across financial controls, education compliance, and operational reviews. Responsibilities include documenting processes, identifying risks and controls, testing compliance, preparing workpapers, analyzing documentation, escalating issues, communicating with process owners, and recommending process improvements. The intern also assists with special projects and develops foundational knowledge of internal auditing, regulations, internal controls, and reviewed systems.

Leads Covista’s research-based thought leadership strategy focused on healthcare workforce development. Designs research studies, analyzes survey and third-party data, produces reports and white papers, manages external research partners, oversees project timelines and budgets, and ensures methodological rigor and brand consistency. Translates complex findings into compelling narratives for policymakers, investors, media, executives, and industry leaders while tracking engagement and influence KPIs.

Manage assigned student account portfolios, collect past-due balances, negotiate payment plans, research ledger discrepancies, and resolve escalated account issues. The role involves inbound and outbound communication, email and Salesforce case handling, delinquency reduction, compliance with collections regulations and SOX controls, and collaboration with academic and administrative departments. The representative also supports process improvements and provides accurate guidance on withdrawal policies, financial aid postings, and return-to-school options.

Leads enterprise talent management strategy, including performance management, succession planning, career architecture, skills frameworks, workforce planning, leadership assessment, and future-of-work initiatives. Oversees talent management leaders and partners with analytics, strategy deployment, and AI teams to align workforce capabilities with business needs. Leads Covista’s enterprise-wide learning and skills strategy, including leadership development, manager effectiveness, skills-based learning journeys, future-of-work enablement, vendor management, and program delivery. Oversees two senior managers, leverages AI-enabled adaptive learning technologies, partners with business and HR leaders, and tracks learning KPIs, proficiency growth, ROI, and business impact.

Corporate Counsel will draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and real estate agreements; advise procurement and business stakeholders on contract interpretation and vendor disputes; support leases and real estate service agreements; and develop templates, playbooks, negotiation guides, clause libraries, and process improvements. The attorney will collaborate across legal, business, and operational teams and support strategic initiatives.

Coordinates intake, documentation, triage, and case management for Title IX and nondiscrimination matters. Conducts intake interviews, explains investigation processes, supports investigations and outreach, maintains complaint tracking systems, analyzes reporting trends, and coordinates with Legal, Human Resources, Safety, Regulatory Affairs, and institutional teams. Builds and mentors a diverse technical team while driving platform modernization, operational excellence, and scalable delivery.

Own and manage the operational launch playbook for approximately 30–50 new and upgraded programs annually. Lead launch kickoffs, coordinate product owners, marketers, creative teams, internal stakeholders, and vendors, and manage timelines, deliverables, channels, pages, and readiness milestones. Track concurrent launches, resolve bottlenecks, optimize sequencing and resources, and continuously refine processes to improve launch efficiency.
