Leads finance for Chamberlain University's campus expansion and strategic partnerships. Responsibilities include financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, ROI and investment analysis, executive reporting, variance analysis, scenario planning, long-range planning, and decision support. The role partners with senior leaders to evaluate market expansion, healthcare employer partnerships, capital deployment, and growth initiatives while improving forecasting, reporting, automation, and data quality.

Develops and executes internal and external communications strategies across five institutions. Responsibilities include media relations, press materials, executive visibility, internal communications planning, all-hands support, change communications, stakeholder advising, communications measurement, and cross-institution workflow optimization. Negotiates partnership and clinical affiliation agreements, supports agency responses and institutional reviews, monitors higher education legal developments, develops compliance strategies, and delivers legal training. Requires collaboration with institutional leaders and other legal teams.

Leads Covista’s Applied AI portfolio across agentic AI and RPA delivery teams. Owns strategy, architecture standards, responsible-AI governance, evaluation quality, partner and vendor management, backlog prioritization, budget decisions, and team development. Ensures agents meet architecture, safety, regulatory, evaluation, and business-value requirements. Builds the AI leadership team and collaborates with data, technology, governance, and business stakeholders across Covista’s school brands.
