Responsibilities include managing daily call center activities, coaching and training staff, ensuring compliance and service quality, supporting escalations, contributing to staffing decisions, improving processes, and collaborating with other departments on enrollment initiatives.

Leads academic operations for a campus-based BSN program, partnering with the Dean to execute strategy, manage faculty performance and development, support curriculum quality, improve student outcomes, oversee scheduling and resources, and maintain accreditation and regulatory compliance. The role also supports faculty recruitment, clinical placements, budgeting, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Leads technology product and portfolio vision, roadmaps, backlog prioritization, stakeholder alignment, vendor collaboration, and delivery execution. The role ensures products meet business, scalability, performance, and user experience goals while tracking outcomes and KPIs. It also coaches Technology Product Owners, facilitates process and product mapping, manages risks and dependencies, coordinates deployments and post-implementation reviews, and supports Agile product management across multiple teams and initiatives.
