Lead day-to-day management of a $78M full-funnel paid media portfolio across search, social, CTV/OTT, audio, DOOH and affiliate. Own budget pacing, forecasting, agency management, reporting infrastructure, test-and-learn roadmap, and executive performance presentations. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, synthesize attribution and MMM insights, and provide reallocation recommendations to drive enrollment growth.

Support day-to-day operations of Covista Impact and the Covista Foundation by administering donor management (GiveSmart), processing donations and pledges, handling accounting and grant payments, maintaining audit and compliance files, coordinating Board logistics, supporting fundraising campaigns and events, managing vendor relationships, and researching nonprofit partners.

Lead internal communications and employee engagement strategy for a 10,000-person organization. Develop change-management and HR communications, coach a communications manager, support executive and office-level messaging, strengthen employer brand across digital channels, and partner with HR, Brand and leadership to drive culture, engagement and adoption of major people initiatives.
