Provides remote technical customer support for Dealertrack DMS Fixed Ops products through phone, email, and other channels. Manages FMLA, ADA, PWFA, military, DOT/FMCSA, and administrative leave processes; partners with TPAs, HR, employees, and business stakeholders; tracks documentation, escalations, deadlines, and compliance. Reviews claims data, prepares operational reporting, supports dashboards and audits, and delivers empathetic case communications while handling confidential information.

The Absence Advisor administers employee leave, workplace accommodations, workers’ compensation, and return-to-work processes across the U.S. and Canada. Responsibilities include triaging cases, maintaining accurate HRIS and claims records, coordinating with employees, managers, HR partners, and third-party administrators, providing multichannel support, ensuring regulatory compliance, processing accommodations, and escalating complex cases. The role also supports quality assurance, documentation standards, and continuous process improvement.

Administer and improve Workday and multi-platform HR security, including role-based access, security groups, access reviews, request approvals, audit support, governance documentation, and compliance controls. Evaluate elevated access requests, identify risks, resolve routine issues, coordinate remediation, and escalate complex decisions. Partner with HR, IT, Legal, and Compliance stakeholders to strengthen policies, processes, and least-privilege access across Workday, Peakon, UKG, Prism, and HR data platforms.
