Teams at CPC, LLC

Supports precast and prestressed concrete projects from presale review through erection. Performs low-complexity structural frame, component, and connection designs; prepares record calculations; coordinates with drafting, project management, production, contractors, architects, and erectors; resolves technical and production issues; visits jobsites and facilities; tracks project schedules; and develops software tools to improve engineering calculation efficiency.

Leads the engineering and calculation team, assigning workloads, managing resources and budgets, mentoring engineers, and coordinating project execution. Reviews and approves design documents, performs stress analyses and technical studies, resolves root causes, mitigates design and production risks, and supports continuous improvement. Collaborates with sales, estimating, production, erection, design, and project teams on pre-engineering, cost estimates, design coordination, and practical precast product solutions.

Leads the engineering team for precast and prestressed concrete projects, managing workloads, budgets, schedules, technical reviews, and team development. Oversees design calculations, stress analyses, risk mitigation, root cause investigations, and compliance with industry standards. Collaborates with sales, estimating, production, erection, project management, and external stakeholders to coordinate practical designs and successful project execution.
