Site HR lead for a 40-person nuclear business site. Manages talent strategy, recruiting, onboarding, performance, compensation, benefits, employee relations, compliance, and Crane’s Intellectual Capital process. Partners with VP/GM to drive business results, develop leaders, and lead investigations and regulatory compliance.

Lead inside sales strategy and execution for manufacturing, oversee proposals, pricing, contracts, order entry, KPIs, budgeting, customer support, and team development while driving continuous improvement and Lean practices.
