Design, deploy, operate, and support scalable Azure IaaS and PaaS environments. Build CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code deployments using Azure DevOps, PowerShell, and ARM templates. Manage cloud networking, Windows infrastructure, containers, and Kubernetes environments, including AKS. Apply Agile and DevOps practices, monitor and troubleshoot cloud systems, improve performance and efficiency, and collaborate with engineering and application teams.

Manage and resolve non-complex liability claims from intake to closure, investigate coverage and liability, maintain documentation, set reserves, approve payments within authority, identify subrogation/recovery, and adhere to client/carrier guidelines while communicating with claimants and supervisors.

Owns strategic accounts for large Broadspire clients, leading cross-functional teams to deliver claims management, cost containment, renewals, and upsell opportunities. Manages client onboarding, contract negotiations, reporting/benchmarking, and drives service improvements while supporting sales, billing, and staff development.
