Analyzes statistical, financial, and claims data; develops automated reporting files; tests and debugs systems; translates carrier requirements into business and technical requirements; monitors reporting processes; resolves complex technical issues; and supports customers, vendors, insurers, and actuarial teams.

Manage complex liability claims end-to-end: investigate coverage and liability, set reserves, authorize payments, coordinate litigation and subrogation, prepare reports, and mentor junior staff.

Provides administrative support for vehicle claims by entering and monitoring claims, managing assignment queues, assisting clients and claimants, resolving workflow and transmission issues, processing invoice approvals and corrections, routing documentation, and preparing reports. The role requires strong customer service, organization, typing, computer, and Excel skills, with at least one year of administrative office experience.
