Entry-level role to learn account management, inside sales, brokerage, and underwriting. Support quoting, binding, and renewals; build client relationships; collaborate with carriers and internal teams; maintain documentation and compliance; analyze client risk and learn insurance products and markets to support growth.

Process and record receipts, payments, and reconciliations; maintain accurate general ledger records; support month-end close; investigate discrepancies; communicate with internal teams and clients; assist with ad hoc accounting, treasury, and administrative tasks. Hybrid role requiring two days onsite in Oak Brook, IL.

Perform general accounting operations including posting transactions, bank reconciliations, processing wire/ACH and vendor/legal payments, reviewing claim-related expenses, supporting month-end close, resolving payment/reconciliation issues, communicating with clients on outstanding balances, and handling ad hoc treasury and administrative projects.

Build and maintain relationships with banking teams and real estate professionals, expand banking networks, drive sales and revenue growth, develop markets, track appointments, and collaborate on business development initiatives. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, accountability, customer service, problem-solving, and relationship-management skills, with real estate, legal, accounting, or transactional experience preferred. Travel may be required.
